Awe is the third aspect of Human consciousness. It is a person's awareness of the universe beyond this world and extending to the very edge of the Universe. The Aspect of Awe occurs describes a Person's need to explore the Universe beyond our world. However, the Universe is huge in comparison with our world. The Universe is ancient beyond anything we can imagine. The Universe is filled with forces incomparably greater than anything in our world. Instead of feeling the joy of the discovery of a new Wonder, a Person feels fear at the forces lurking just beyond the horizon. Instead of feeling at one with our world, a Person feels insignificant and helpless, trapped in a Universe filled with unimaginable dangers. The power, size and age of the Universe overwhelm a Person's sense of proportion. The Aspect of Awe is depicted as a Red circle encompassing both Sentience and Wonder. The color Red reminds us that the Aspect of Awe includes our sense of proportion and our sense of fear.
